By dedication and untiring efforts put in by the partners of the firm, the business has grown manifold. To provide better services and engineering solutions, the firm was restructured and converted into Private limited firm on November 2008 in name of M/s CEC Technical Service Private Limited under the companies Act 1956 (No. 1 of 1956), thereby retaining the entire expertise and talent of partnership firm within the organization.

The company primarily provides services related to Design, Fabrication, Repair, Revamping, Maintenance, Upgradation, Installation, and Commissioning, to clients that covers technical consistence like assessment, inspection, analyze defects, submit a report with all future requirements of spares, repair and readies to the required standard of various offshore and onshore equipments. CEC adopt the API (American Petroleum Institutes) and relevant international standards to all services which is proven by the third party certification in all major projects.
